Terms of Service
~ Communications + Updates ~
1. We will discuss the commission via email.2. You may request weekly updates, otherwise I will provide one update every two weeks until completion of the work. Pushing for more updates may result in cancellation of the commission.3. Please be kind and remain professional. Any aggressive, rude, or inappropriate behavior during the commission process will result in cancellation of the commission and I will retain the non-refundable deposit.~ Usage Rights ~
1. Commissions are for personal use only. Artwork may be used as profile pictures, player tokens, or icons, etc., but may not be used to generate profit. I am not licensing my work to be used for commercial purposes at this time.2. I retain the rights to the work. I may post it on any social media and include the piece in my portfolio.3. You may post the work to your own social media, provided that it’s credited to me properly (@Raybun).4. You may not remove or alter my signature.5. Adding the work to any AI engine, using AI to alter the image, or creating NFTs from it is strictly prohibited.~ Payment ~
1. Pricing depends on the type of commission you'd like as well as depending on character complexity/detail. Pricing for your specific request will be clearly communicated to you before any payment is processed and before work begins.2. PayPal only.3. Half of the price must be paid up front as a non-refundable deposit. Once the sketch is approved, the remaining balance must be paid in full in order for the work to be completed.4. If you need to cancel your commission for any reason before the sketch is completed, I will give a partial refund of 25% of the total price.5. If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I will provide a full refund.6. If the terms of this agreement are breached, the commission will be cancelled and I will retain the non-refundable deposit.~ Process & Timeline ~
1. Please expect the commission will take one month, though you may receive it ahead of time. If there are any delays, I will be sure to communicate that to you.2. I will send the sketch once completed and will provide two (2) rounds of revisions to the sketch. Additional rounds of revisions may incur additional fees.3. Once the sketch is approved, final payment must be provided and refunds may not be requested beyond this point.4. Once completed, I will send a final draft for review. Three (3) minor revisions may be requested. More than three will incur an additional fee that must be paid in full before the final adjustments are made.5. Once the final draft is accepted, you will receive the finalized work by email in high res .png and lower res .jpeg file formats. No physical products will be delivered.
